Azure & Co offer free shipping for orders over $200 in Canada.
Please contact us for all international shipping and receive our best rate shipping quotation.
Azure & Co will determine the best method of shipping based on order value, weight and volume. We work with the best shipping companies to get your order to you safely.
All pick up orders has to be picked up from Azure & Co showroom located in 7250 Keele St, Suite 25, Vaughan, Ontario- L4K 1Z8. Please make sure to email us at info@azureandco.com to schedule your pick up date and time.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.
Lead times vary depending on items purchased.
Items in stock ship within 5 business days.
Some items may ship within 3-4 weeks or longer. Feel free to email us if you have any questions info@azureandco.com
Oversized items may take up to 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
Return policy
We do not offer any refund.
We accept exchange within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused with tags affixed and include all original packaging. Items that are damaged when we receive them. Items without original packaging and tags will not be eligible for exchange.
Discontinued or handmade items are eligible only for store credit.
Please email photo of your receipt to info@azureandco.com to initiate your exchange. We will get back to you within 72 hours of your email. Do not send items back before receiving exchange confirmation from us.
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded for exchange items.
If for any reason you need to exchange your purchase, return shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount.

Gifts
We offer specialty gift wrapping for an added fee.
We are happy to exchange your gift, but we will have to inform the original purchaser.
Gift wrapping services will not be refunded.
Damaged goods
If you’ve received a damaged or wrong item, send a photo of the damaged/wrong item to info@azureandco.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Please keep all original packaging for your exchange process. Azure & co will not be able to process with the exchange for items without original packaging and tags.
Lost goods
The shipping carrier chosen at the time of checkout is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost package, it is the responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier.
Payments
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
All orders are shipped under prepaid conditions.
All payment information is encrypted during transmission and storage, so that data is private and secure. Please visit our privacy policy for more information on this.
Taxes
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Any possible additional charges will be applied to your order confirmation noting all applicable combined sales tax rates based upon the location to which the order is being shipped.
