  • 2D drawings including Existing plan, New floor plan, Demolition plan and Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP)
  • Elevations
  • 3D view (up to 3 views from one room)
  • Sourcing schedule for all Furnishing, Fixtures and Equipment.
  • Physical selected materials to touch and feel
  • Visual design document 
  • Presentation day

Once you are happy with all details in this package, you have all the detailed information to move forward with the implementation phase.
